Refunds and Policies

At Cmatic Visuals, we aim to deliver the highest quality creative design and video editing services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation may be necessary. Below are our refund and cancellation policies.


1. Refund Policy

Cmatic Visuals follows a fair and transparent refund policy. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  1. Non-refundable Deposit: Upon starting a project, the Client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit, typically [percentage] of the total project cost. This deposit covers the initial work, planning, and resources allocated to the project and is non-refundable.

  2. Refunds for Uncompleted Projects: If Cmatic Visuals is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, the Client is eligible for a full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  3. Partial Refunds: If the Client decides to cancel a project midway through completion, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Cmatic Visuals, based on the amount of work already completed. The non-refundable deposit will not be included in this refund.

  4. Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered and approved by the Client. The Client is responsible for reviewing the project before providing final approval.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their projects at any stage of the process. However, the following terms apply:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the Client cancels the project before any work has begun, they may be entitled to a refund of any payment made, minus the non-refundable deposit if it was already paid.

  2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun: If the Client cancels the project after work has commenced, Cmatic Visuals reserves the right to retain the non-refundable deposit and charge for any work already completed up to the point of cancellation.

  3. Client Inactivity: If the Client fails to provide necessary feedback, materials, or approvals for a period of [number] days, Cmatic Visuals reserves the right to cancel the project. In this case, no refund will be provided.


3. Revisions and Changes

  1. Included Revisions: Each project includes a limited number of revisions as per the service agreement. Once the included revisions are exhausted, any further changes requested will be charged at an additional rate.

  2. Changes After Project Completion: Any changes requested by the Client after the final product has been delivered and approved will not be eligible for a refund. Additional charges may apply for further revisions or modifications after project completion.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Cmatic Visuals reserves the right to assess refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen personal or business emergencies, special considerations may be made at the sole discretion of Cmatic Visuals.


5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations, Cmatic Visuals will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to the applicable laws of [Country/State].
